We write your song within 3–5 business days of your order. Then we load it onto your gift and make it. We also email you a link to your song's own listening page, so you can play it and share it.

Yes, with the Song Preview + 3 Revisions add-on ($4.49). Tick it in the order quiz. We email you a preview in 3–5 business days. You can ask for up to 3 revisions, and each one takes 1–2 business days. We make your gift only after you approve the song. This adds that time to your order.

A standard order has no preview, so add Song Preview + 3 Revisions if you want to be sure. You can also swap in any other song yourself later (see below).

Use a clear, well-lit photo where faces are easy to see. Avoid blurry photos, heavy filters and sunglasses.

For the crochet dolls, upload a full-body or waist-up photo of each person. We need to see hair and outfit.

We use them only to make your order, and we delete them after 90 days. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload. See our Privacy Policy.

The magnet and the crochet doll each have a built-in MP3 player. Press the button, and your song plays. You don't need a phone or an app.

Yes. Plug the gift into a computer with a USB-C cable, then copy a new MP3 onto it. You can swap in any song you like.

We email you a link to your song's own listening page. Play it on any phone or computer, or send the link to family and friends.

There are three steps: your song (3–5 business days), making the gift, then shipping. With the Song Preview add-on, we make the gift after you approve the song.

• Making the gift: Fridge Magnet 3–5 business days. Crochet Dolls 10–14 business days.
• Shipping: United States 5–10 business days. Canada, UK and Australia 7–14 business days. Rest of the world 10–21 business days.

Shipping in the United States is a flat $4.99. For other countries, you see the cost at checkout before you pay.

Personalized items are made just for you, so we can't take returns if you change your mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video. A player that doesn't work counts as defective. We'll send a free replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy.

Yes. The song is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You can share it with family and friends and post it on your personal social media. You can't sell it or use it for business or ads.
