About the magnet

When will it arrive?
- We write your song in 3–5 business days, load it onto your magnet and ship it.
- Delivery: 7–10 business days in the US. 7–14 to Canada, the UK and Australia. 10–21 everywhere else.
- Order to door in the US: 10–15 business days. Big day coming? Order about 4 weeks ahead to be safe.
- If you add Song Preview + 3 Revisions, each change takes 1–2 business days. We make your gift after you say yes.
If something goes wrong
